Updated 2009 January 17th.
Liberal Democrats continue to perpetuate the lie that parking control and speed bumps have been introduced for the benefit of the public and in a valid attempt to deal with environmental issues. When in reality they fail to address the very real climate change issue and simply amount to the privatisation of our streets.

full texts and the fuller answer.

Members of ALMO boards feign to misunderstand their lack of accountability to their tenants.
The Gazette tends to always give the establishment the last word, which in this case left it with Ann Lucas.

Whilst studying architecture at the Architectural Association, having with two other students and Gerald Foley as our chosen mentor, started 'The Rational Technology Unit' I attended the 'Fuel and the Environment Conference' at Eastbourne which I then reported on for New Civil Engineer magazine.
Don't Don't let anyone tell you that concern for 'climate change' is new, for as I ended the article then,
"Waste heat pollution was identified at the conference as the ultimate environmental problem, together with the greenhouse effect of the atmosphere holding heat in when the proportion of carbon dioxide from burning fossil fuels was increased. The combined effects of these two pollutants could seriously alter the climate."
Bibliography
This bibliography has been broken down under a number of headings.
We hope that you find it useful and if you do you may feel free to provide a link to it from your own web site.
Alternatively. It has been designed so that you can copy the source code and edit the content in order to provide separate links to as many, or as few, headings as you think will remain pertinent to your users.
To get started on this click on the "bibliography" hotspot to open the bibliography mainpage. Then if you use Microsoft Explorer up to and including version 6 select "view" followed by "source". If you use Microsoft Explorer version 7 then select "Page" followed by "view source". In either case the source code should then be seen in notepad. If you are using an Apple machine then you are on your own.
We reserve the right to update the bibliography periodically. This will include making the addition of further headings, reference to further publications and alterations to the annotations. On ocassion it will prove expedient to remove references where they are subsequently felt to be of marginal use.
Our aim is to provide a succinct, annotated, bibliography on each topic listing only the more useful publications and you can help in this by emailing your comments via the "contact" hotspot on the side-bar.
