This document concerns the unpooling of charges generally with rates for parking and concierges as well as digital TV.

This FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) sheet is sent to all tenants and leaseholders prior to digital switchover works commencing on their blocks in Islington.
Note that the installation charge for leaseholders is apparently £75 but leaseholders are able to opt out of having the socket installed inside their homes and to opt out of paying the one off installation charge.
